The Coopérative de soutien à domicile de Laval, in partnership with the Fondation AGES and the Laval healthcare network, have launched a social geriatrics project for Laval elders.
The project offers rapid access to one of our social geriatrics consultants, who offer their services FREE OF CHARGE, with the goal of providing help and resources to Laval elders and their caregivers.
A social geriatrics consultant can assess your needs by coming to your home. They will evaluate your needs, your overall health, and screen for potential problems and help you prevent further complications.
